SiteSet Recruitment was created from firsthand experience inside the civil construction industry. After years working across contracts, project management and project coordination, I saw how much the right people matter, not just on paper, but to project delivery, commercial outcomes and the teams working together every day.

I created SiteSet to bring that industry understanding into recruitment. The approach is deliberately simple: understand the role properly, communicate honestly, treat candidates with respect and introduce people because they genuinely fit, not simply because their CV matches a few keywords.
